These Terms govern your use of Grade A Humanizer (the "Service") at ga-humanizer.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Grade A Humanizer rewrites text you submit so it reads more clearly and more naturally. We also sell a document report: you upload a file, we have it checked for text similarity and AI-writing indicators, and we return the report.
Those checks are run by independent third-party software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any detection provider, and naming one does not suggest otherwise.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Rewrites and reports are for your guidance only. Detection tools are run by third parties, change without notice, and produce both false positives and false negatives — so we make no promise or prediction about what any such tool will report about any text.
Give a valid email address, keep your password safe, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the detail. In short: do not use the Service to break the law, to deceive anyone, or to breach the rules of a school, university, employer or publisher.
Many institutions restrict AI assistance and outside editing, or require you to disclose it. Checking the policy that applies to you is your responsibility, and you are solely responsible for what you do with any output. You also agree not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, resell or disrupt the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal charges the same price to the same card, on the same day of the month, and starts a new month of access.
You can cancel at any time, from your profile under Manage subscription. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, then return to the Free plan. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Payments are final. We do not refund a charge once it has been made, renewals included. Please read the Refund Policy before you buy.
Scan credits are sold individually, are not part of any subscription, and do not expire.
We are the seller of record and issue your receipt. Card payments are processed for us by MyFatoorah, a licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
The Service — its software, design and branding — is ours. The text you submit stays yours; we claim no ownership of it.
Other product and company names on this site, including detection and paraphrasing tools, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe or compare factually. That use implies no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or reseller relationship, and we do not speak for those companies or for how their products behave.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service comes without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You can stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the Service are governed by the law of the State of Kuwait, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings there where that law allows it.
Please email us before starting formal proceedings. Write to grade.a.q8@gmail.com describing the problem and the outcome you want. Most issues are billing or account matters we can fix quickly. We will acknowledge your message and try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days, and we ask you to allow that time before escalating. For payment questions, start with the Refund Policy; your bank also has its own dispute process.
We may update these Terms. The date above always shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
